Do I need to know which package I want?
No. Choose “Not sure yet” and talk through your property and energy use with the team. You can start with your name, mobile and suburb; a full address or power bill is not needed for the initial conversation.
Are rebates included in the package prices?
The advertised prices include GST and the applicable federal certificate discount assigned to Luxgrid Energy. Eligibility applies, and additional work identified during design or inspection is quoted separately in writing before work begins.
Can I add a battery to my existing solar?
Luxgrid offers a Battery Only package. The team can assess your existing equipment and discuss compatibility, your usage and suitable storage options.
Will solar keep my power on in a blackout?
Solar panels alone shut down during an outage. Backup requires a suitable battery and backup configuration. Discuss which essential circuits you want to run with Luxgrid before choosing a system.
Who installs the system?
Luxgrid is an Australian owned, owner-operated business with its own in-house installation team. One business takes responsibility from consultation to handover.
How long does installation take?
Most residential solar installations are completed within a single day. Larger or more complex systems can take longer; Luxgrid provides a timeframe for your job upfront.
What warranty is included?
The advertised packages include a 10-year product warranty from the equipment manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Ask the team for the exact equipment and warranty documents with your quote. Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.
